By contrast, GoodDeeds serves as one trusted resource providing a wide array of Life Management Services. We have chosen a model of one blended rate for our service offerings, in order to make it a more simplified process for our clients.

If a project requires using other vendors, how is that managed?

Although GoodDeeds can provide many areas of expertise, some specialties are better served by a third party. However, before we bring in a third party, we conduct extensive research.  We assess all possible options to be sure that the vendor will provide the same level of results that you would expect from GoodDeeds, and is the best option for your project.  No outside resource is hired unless they have the proper credentials and are bonded, insured and have outstanding references.

How will I know what, exactly, you will be doing for me?

GoodDeeds provides every prospective client with a letter of agreement outlining the requirements of the project. And, if applicable, we will include a master plan. Every client must sign the letter of agreement before any work begins.

Can I limit you to a certain number hours?

There is a one hour minimum for our services. After that, you determine the amount of time we will work with you. GoodDeeds will outline what we feel is the proper length of time for your specific project. We customize our services to each client’s needs, and that includes the number of hours desired by the client.

What geographical area do you serve?

GoodDeeds consultants will go anywhere you want us to. All you will need to do is cover our time and travel expenses.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The methods of payment GoodDeeds accepts include: Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept cash, money orders and traveler’s checks. We provide a monthly bill which includes a detailed invoice outlining the work that has been completed to that point.
